As a licensed Esthetician & Licensed Master Permanent Makeup artist & Instructor, Jiba holds various Permanent Makeup Certifications from her esteemed colleagues around the world. With her expertise and exceptional training, she offers a wide range of beauty services to meet your needs.
But Jiba's talents don't stop there. In her free time, she loves exploring the World food scene, practicing yoga, barre, and pilates, and spending time with her beloved fur babies - a bichon frisse named Romeo and a tabby cat named Pepsi.
With her international certifications and years of experience, Jiba is a true master of her craft & continues gaining more knowledge from her trainings.

Her credentials extend beyond the realm of teaching, as she is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician and Certified Surgical Technologist, contributing her talents to a prestigious cosmetic surgery clinic in Georgetown, DC.
Agnes holds certifications in advanced treatments such as Micro-needling, Radio Frequency, and Cryolipolysis: fat freezing.
With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years, Agnes possesses a Surgical Technologist license from the Virginia Board of Medicine, specializing in plastic surgery. Recognized as a licensed permanent makeup instructor and artist in Virginia, she holds certifications from both NBSTSA and AST. Agnes is not only a Master esthetics instructor and Laser technician but also an experienced PMU instructor who has shaped the careers of numerous successful PMU artists over 15 years.
As the theory instructor at DMV Beauty & Academy, Agnes is a beacon of knowledge, particularly in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing. Her commitment to students' success is evident in her interactive teaching style, encouraging questions and discussions. Agnes provides test materials and relevant printouts, ensuring thorough understanding and high board exam scores. With phi certification, she imparts specialized skills like Microblading and a unique mapping technique in her classes.
